The terms and conditions below apply between you as a customer and Richy Sweden AB.

General terms and conditions and agreements

By setting up an account with Richy Sweden AB, the customer confirms and agrees to our general terms and conditions and that you have read all information in its entirety.

Prices and payments

Richy Sweden AB reserves the right to adjust prices continuously. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

We offer invoicing as a payment method for our customers. Invoices are due within 20 days of the invoice date. By setting up an account with us, you agree to our payment terms.

Deliveries

We use DHL and our deliveries take between 2-5 working days. Contact us at info@richyhair.se for tracking numbers and DHL directly for updates on the actual delivery. We always strive to provide our customers with the fastest and most efficient service possible, but unexpected events can affect transport and delivery times and we refer this to DHL.

Cancel or change an order

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact info@richyhair.se directly. Any shipping costs may apply depending on how far the order has reached.

Force majeure

Richy Sweden AB disclaims any liability for deliveries that are subject to force majeure. For example, the customer was not available to receive the goods or Richy Sweden AB's supplier failed to deliver.

Wasn't it quite right?

With us you have a right of return of 30 days from the invoice date. For this to apply, the goods must be unopened and in new condition (with original packaging). Products must not be used or have broken packaging. The return must be accompanied by either a delivery note, order confirmation or invoice specifying the order. Any return costs may be paid by the customer.

Advertise a product

We always work to offer the best quality in the market to our customers. If a defect should occur during the warranty period, you can send us a complaint at info@richyhair.se and we will begin a complaint process and analysis of the hair.
