Returns and Cancellation Policy
Wasn't it quite right?
With us you have a right of return of 30 days from the invoice date. For this to apply, the goods must be unopened and in new condition (with original packaging). Products must not be used or have broken packaging. The return must include either a delivery note, order confirmation or invoice specifying the order. Any return costs may be paid by the customer.
You can start the return process by contacting us at info@richyhair.se where you describe the reason for the return and what is to be returned. We will then contact you with further instructions. We only accept returns that have been approved by us.
Guarantee
We provide a 6 month warranty on our hair. The tape warranty does not cover tape that has been cut or dyed or that has been installed incorrectly. The hair quality warranty does not cover hair that has been bleached, dyed or mistreated. Only professional hairdressing products such as shampoo/conditioner and styling products must be used on the hair for the warranty to apply. Heat protection must be used when styling.
Natural deviations
Richy Sweden AB delivers unbleached human hair without strong chemical processes. Like the customer's own hair, there may be small natural shifts or variations in color and shape (wavyness). This is completely natural for this craft and some deviation is not considered a reason for return.
Is there something wrong with the product?
It is important that you check the product when it is received and if any defect should occur during the warranty period (6 months from the date of delivery) this must be documented by the hairdresser as soon as possible with pictures/video where any defects or problems are clearly visible. This information should then be sent to info@richyhair.se so we can investigate and evaluate any problems and solutions.
Exchange of goods
If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, for example, we recommend that you (hairdresser) initiate a return process by emailing info@richyhair.se and sending the hair back. Then make a separate purchase for a new item.
When will I get my money back?
Once we have received your item back and inspected it, we will contact you to let you know if your return is approved. If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund.
